We are seeking an organized and proactive Administrative Assistant to provide high-level support to our client engagement leaders.Essential Functions and Primary DutiesSupport Managing Directors, Senior Directors, and Directors with daily administrative tasks and special projectsStrong organizational skills, prioritizing urgent and non-urgent tasks (items with deadlines, handling demands), multitasking, work well under pressureStrong written and oral communication skillsPrepare, format, and proofread expert reports, exhibits, presentations, and correspondencePrepare engagement letters for new and existing clientsSet up new clients in internal systems, ensuring complete and accurate onboarding documentationManage and organize documents, including filing, scanning, and archivingMaintain calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointmentsPrepare and send out invoices, process billing, and follow up on collectionsPerform external research with various court systemsMaintain confidentiality and security of sensitive financial and legal informationFamiliarity with legal procedures, terminology, and the court systems a plusPreferred Qualifications
  • Previous administrative or office support experience preferred
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Attention to detail and high level of accuracy
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion
Qualifications Required
  • High school diploma or GED
  • 2 years experience in office environment and preferably performing as an administrative assistant
  • Must have knowledge of administrative procedures
  • Proficient use of applicable technology
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate verbally and in writing throughout all levels of organization, both internally and externally
The hourly rate for this job in this market is $24.00 - $28.00. The specific compensation for this role will be determined based on the education, experience, and skill set of the individual selected for this position.The compensation above is not representative of an employee’s total compensation.
