We have achieved this by building a culture around achievement and teamwork and creating an environment that treats everyone as a member of the family.Desired Qualifications of the Tax Accountant BSA required; MSA or MST a plus CPA License 1-3 years of recent tax experience in public accountingJob Responsibilities of the Tax Accountant Emphasis on corporate and individual tax return preparation Moderate tax planning and tax research Assist with tax audits Promote the firms services to clients and prospects Identify tax issues, recommend solutions and/or suggestions, and share them with the manger, partner and/or clientsSkills of the Tax Accountant Proficiency with tax software and Microsoft Office applications Ability to work independently and as part of a team Must have a positive and open-minded attitude Ability to organize, work efficiently, and meet deadlinesDevelops, motivates, and trains professional staff, offers staff career counseling and guidance; conducts timely performance reviews and provides on-going feedback
