Salary Range: $90/hr on $95/hr on W2IntroductionWe are seeking a dedicated and experienced professional to join our team as a Construction Integration Manager. This role involves supervising and coordinating activities during pre-construction, construction, commissioning, and handover phases to ensure the successful delivery of operational data centers. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in production management and a commitment to excellence.Required Skills & Qualifications
- 5-7 years of experience required
- PMP certified
- Strong experience in construction safety.
- 5 + years of exp in Microsoft Project (scheduling software experience).
- Experience in AutoCAD
- Candidates should have a background in telecom installations or data center experience. Not just construction but telecommunications.
- Applicants must be able to work directly on a W2 basis.
- Experience in motivating employees and improving production methods.
- Experience in developing and implementing production tracking and quality control systems.
- Experience in hiring, training, and evaluating staff, and resolving personal grievances.
- Implement measures to enhance employee motivation and improve production methods.
- Review operations and collaborate with technical or administrative staff to resolve issues.
- Analyze production, quality control, and maintenance to detect and resolve problems.
- Set and monitor product standards to ensure quality finished products.
- Prepare and maintain production reports and personnel records.
