Assist the HR Manager in personnel administration, implementation of group HR policies and their follow-up, staffing issues or industrial relations.
FMLA / STD administration and tracking (US only)
Collect information and prepare reports in line with Group HR policies for month-end figures and follow up indicators
Manage all Personal files and Employee Administration and Documentations. Respects Segregation of Duties according to the ICB requirements
Acts as Business Partner to the shop floor teams
Administrate Training Plan (MOD and MOI)
Conduct new hire enrollments and on-boarding
Ensure that the organization complies with labor laws
Track data and prepare reports for daily, weekly and month end reporting
Assist in weekly payroll duties and related reporting, Ensuring all relevant data for the Payroll processing (overtime, absenteeism, holidays, etc.)
Your profile and competencies to succeed
Minimum 3 years of experience in the HR function within an industrial environment
A good knowledge of employment law
International mind set
Results orientation
Strong written and oral communications skills
Proficient in English
Experience in union environments
