The TT&S assists the In-Home Therapist in implementing a therapeutic treatment plan and delivers training to the family and other providers as needed.Responsibilities and Duties
  • Risk management/safety planning
  • Assist in treatment planning
  • Intensive Family Therapy
  • Identification of community resources and development of natural supports for youth and parent/guardian/caregiver
  • Coaching in support of decision-making in both crisis and non-crisis situations
  • Skills training for youth and parent/guardian/caregiver
  • Member transportation provided by staff
  • Member outreach
  • Receives weekly supervision from the Program Director
  • Compliance with HIPAA and Rise policies
  • Incentive pay offered after FT hours worked
  • All other duties assigned by the Program Director
Qualifications Education / Certifications / Licenses
  • Bachelor or Associate's degree in Psychology or a closely related field
  • 2+ years of behavioral and mental health experience with children and adolescents, including trauma-informed care.
  • Bilingual (Spanish) preferred.
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Must comply with COVID-19 vaccination requirements or receive an approved exemption
What we offer:
  • A $500 sign-on bonus is available for all new hires.
  • A $1,000 bilingual bonus is available for candidates who are fluent in Spanish.
  • To be eligible for either bonus, employees must remain actively employed , in good standing, with Rise Behavioral Health Services for a minimum of six (6) monthsfrom their start date.
