Your expertise allows you to recommend products tailored to each customer's needs, fostering strong relationships and trust.Throughout the day, you maintain the cleanliness and organization of the retail area, providing a welcoming environment for our customers. You adeptly handle customer issues by following established procedures, ensuring prompt and satisfactory resolutions. Each day, you contribute to our mission of facilitating agricultural success and innovation.QUALIFICATIONS

1+ years' experience in the agriculture parts business
High school diploma or equivalent
Excellent customer relationship skills
Proficiency using Microsoft Office and the Internet
Ability to listen effectively and interpret customer needs
Physical ability to stand, climb, bend for extended periods, lift 50 lbs regularly, and spend extensive hours on a computer
