We integrate strength science, metabolic health, and functional movement into a comprehensive care model that’s reshaping how people age and recover.We’re launching a Lifestyle Medicine Program to give clients personalized, evidence-based guidance on building lean muscle, optimizing metabolic function, and achieving whole-body resilience—and we want YOU to help lead the charge.Who We're Looking For:A motivated Exercise Physiologist or Performance Trainer who is ready to work alongside physical therapists, nutrition professionals, and technology (Styku, digital tracking apps) to help clients live healthier, stronger lives—no matter their age.You’re a great fit if you:
  • Are passionate about muscle health, aging well, and movement as medicine.
  • Know how to meet clients where they are—whether post-rehab, deconditioned, or athletic.
  • Can educate and motivate people through evidence-based, goal-driven programs.
  • Love collaborating with clinicians and being part of something meaningful and new.
Responsibilities:
  • Design and deliver personalized strength and conditioning programs for clients across the lifespan.
  • Support physical therapy patients in the transition from rehab to performance.
  • Perform basic health screenings (BP, HR, BMI, body fat %, etc.)
  • Leverage body composition scans (Styku) to track lean muscle development and outcomes. Train rehabilitation technicians on scan operations
  • Use fitness and nutrition tracking apps to drive engagement and results.
  • Lead small group sessions, workshops, and educational community events aligned with lifestyle medicine goals.
  • Content creation and program promotion through social channels (Facebook/Instagram)
  • Contribute to a culture of clinical excellence, client empowerment, and measurable outcomes.
This role starts as a part-time hourly position with competitive pay based on experience and credentials. As we grow our personal training program, there is a clear path to a salaried position with benefits and performance-based incentives. We’re looking for a team member who wants to grow with us and help build a long-term, impactful wellness service alongside our physical therapy and coaching teams.
