You will be engaged in intricate assembly and disassembly projects of horizontal and vertical pumps, employing specialized machinery from our advanced toolkit and an overhead crane.
  • Your Day-to-Day Includes:
  • Meticulously diagnosing, dismantling, repairing, and reconstructing a variety of pump models.
  • Deciphering blueprints and schematics for accurate pump disassembly and assembly foundation.
  • Utilizing manual, pneumatic, and digital tools for high-efficiency assembly tasks.
  • Employing M&TE such as micrometers and calipers for precision checks.

  • Core Competencies:
  • Expertise in hand and power tool operation, familiar with equipment like forklifts.

  • Physical readiness to handle tasks requiring lifting up to 50 lbs.

  • Essential Qualifications:
  • A high school diploma or equivalent, crediting over 7 years in pump mechanics or comparable fields.
  • Proficiency in operational tools, including forks and overhead cranes.
