Own the product backlog, managing and prioritizing user stories, decomposing epics into features, and continuous improvement work. Accountable for product support, stability, and governance: including data, policy, cybersecurity, and usage. Drive definition and continuous improvement of product processes, such as Lean, Agile, Scrum and DevSecOps Support a Secure Product Development Lifecycle approach that establishes a strong cybersecurity focus and culture across the entire engineering lifecycle. Manage contracts with software and service vendors to support the product strategy. Manage vendor strategy and relationship. Ensure compliance with tax regulations and financial reporting standards. Collaborate with legal and compliance teams to ensure that the product meets all regulatory requirements and stays updated with changes in tax laws and regulations. Develop and implement strategies for tax-efficient processes and systems, ensuring alignment with the company's overall financial strategy. Oversee the integration of tax and compliance requirements into the product development lifecycle, ensuring that all features and updates comply with relevant regulations. Lead initiatives to automate tax reporting and compliance processes, leveraging advanced technologies such as AI and machine learning. Minimum of 10 years of experience as an analyst, BRM, project manager, engineer or program lead on highly complex technology projects and programs Minimum 7 years of experience as a Product Owner or similar position Legally authorized to work in the US without company sponsorship.
