
Electronic Warfare Project Manager

- Produce technical documents of processes and procedures that support development and sustainment of:
- software and hardware EW/RF systems
- software and hardware cyber systems
- implement best practice planning, risk mitigation, and strategic support spanning the full Portfolio Management Lifecycle of EW/RF and cyber systems
- Analyze, plan, coordinate, and organize in-depth analyses and review and evaluations of cyber capability development programs and activities.
- Provide project management and technical support to assist the Government in project planning, execution, and implementation of capabilities related to an RF Data Pilot.
- Work with a team of project management officers to assist the government in managing project costs and schedules
- Participate in customer planning, technical exchanges, coordination meetings and Portfolio Management
- Support management and conduct analysis in response to taskers, meetings, and deliverables.
- Collect data, analyze, provide technical analysis, and prepare spreadsheets, logs, and presentations, as required. Coordinate with Army and DoD to integrate processes and drive operational priorities across all phases of technology and concept maturation from S&T (e.g., DARPA, RDECOM), Capability Development (e.g., CCOE, OUSD (AT&L)) and Materiel Development (e.g., ASA (ALT))
- Minimum of 12 years with BS/BA; Minimum of 10 years with MS/MA; Minimum of 7 years with Ph.D.
- Must have Bachelors or higher in Cyber Security, Electronics, Networking or Cloud Computing.
- Understanding of EW technologies, capabilities, and operations.
- Must have 10+ years of specific Electronic Warfare experience.
- 5+ Years as a Project Manager or Lead Planner
- Experience working with ARCYBER and other Army components.
- Certifications required: Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification and AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner.
- Requires a Top Secret SCI clearance with Poly or the ability to obtain Poly and MEAD clearance.
- Must be able to conduct in-person meetings at Fort Eisenhower. Government Furnished Equipment will be provided for remote work.
