We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our esteemed Primary Care practice, serving the Richardson area. We offer prevention, diagnosis, and management of acute and chronic conditions in a modern facility. Led by a board-certified internal medicine physician, our close-knit team of medical assistants, and administrative staff work together to deliver exceptional, personalized care. We value collaboration, respect, and a positive work environment.Essential Functions:
  • Conduct thorough patient history, physical exams, and assessments.
  • Document patient interactions accurately in EMR.
  • Build strong rapport with patients and their families, ensuring clear communication about progress and treatment plans.
  • Collaborate with physicians and healthcare teams to deliver excellent care.
  • Work independently with strong clinical judgment and organizational skills.
Skills and Qualifications:
  • Graduate of an accredited Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner program.
  • Valid Texas PA or NP license in good standing.
  • Controlled Substance Registration and DEA Certification.
  • Strong clinical, interpersonal, and teamwork skills.
Schedule: Full-Time Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM. No weekends, holidays, or after hours.Benefits:
