- Develop and implement regional category strategies in alignment with global procurement goals.
- Lead supplier management, negotiations, and contract execution to secure competitive pricing and terms.
- Analyze market trends, risks, and opportunities to drive continuous improvement in procurement processes.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including finance, operations, and business units, to ensure category strategies meet business needs.
- Manage supplier performance through KPIs, scorecards, and regular evaluations to optimize value delivery.
- Drive sustainability initiatives within procurement, ensuring compliance with ethical sourcing and Company guidelines.
- Lead cross-functional teams in identifying cost-saving opportunities while maintaining quality and service levels.
- Oversee budget planning, spend analysis, and reporting for category performance and procurement impact.
- Support digital transformation efforts, leveraging data analytics and e-procurement tools for efficiency improvements.

- Bachelor's Degree in Business or Technical - Master's preferred
- 10+ years senior procurement experience in international setting with 8 years' People Management experience
- Strong knowledge of strategic sourcing, contract negotiation, and supplier relationship management.
- Excellent analytical skills with proficiency in procurement analytics and cost modeling.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, matrixed environment with diverse stakeholders.
- Experience in digital procurement tools and ERP systems such as SAP, Coupa, or Ariba.
- Demonstrable record of successfully defining and implementing leading edge procurement strategies in complex and multinational matrix organizations
- Extensive proven experience in managing complex suppliers and supplier relationships
- Profound knowledge of the use of technology as an enabler for enhancing procurement processes
- Detailed knowledge of providing insights on performance, quality and safety
- Demonstrated experience of implementing procurement strategies and structures
- Excellent business, commercial and financial acumen
- Able to build and maintain relationships, whilst operating and influencing successfully at different levels of organization, across all business functions and to work effectively with a diverse range of stakeholders.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Motivates and empowers others and has excellent coaching and mentoring skills
- Strong and effective team player - both within the Procurement function and across functions
- Strong planning and organizing skills
