Salary: $75000 to $90000 / annually - depending upon education / experience / licensureJob SummaryThe Regional Director ensures continuous improvement efforts in all assigned programs, including but not limited to: level of service, QA scoring, compliance, outcomes, and fiscal accountability. Demonstrates knowledge and skills necessary to provide oversight of services appropriate to the populations served, including understanding principles of growth and development and interpreting consumer needs to ensure appropriate care.The Regional Director may function as the Administrator or as the Director of Substance Abuse Counseling (DOSAC) under NJAC 10:161B, and may also serve as the Program Director under NJAC 10:37E, ensuring compliance with all applicable licensing and regulatory requirements. Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for the overall administration, supervision, and leadership of assigned sites and programs across the assigned region.
  • Provides oversight of Directors, Supervisors, and direct care staff to ensure effective program operations and service delivery.
  • Ensures compliance with all HR, PI, budget, and contract requirements related to program functioning and monitors statistical information to measure outcomes, utilization, and fiscal performance.
  • Provides on-site and after-hours coverage as needed.
  • Represents the agency/programs in the community and with external stakeholders.
  • Responsible for planning, developing, evaluating, and improving programs to meet organizational goals.
  • Ensures services are consumer-centered and aligned with best practices, quality standards, and regulatory requirements
Qualifications:
  • Master’s Degree with a minimum of five years postmaster’s clinical experience.
  • Active Clinical License required (LCSW, LPC, LMFT, LCADC, or equivalent).
  • Must meet eligibility to supervise license-eligible or certified employees in mental health and substance use disorder services.
  • Prior supervisory required and multi-site management experience preferred.
