- Leads and develops Proposal Coordinators, Lead Coordinators and other team members as assigned. Direct supervisor to a typical team size of 5+ people to include in-house team members, remote team members across the country.
- Assign projects based on skills, capacity and likelihood of favorable relationship connectivity.
- Support all steps of the production of sales proposals, RF(x) documents, presentations, client reports and other internal and external support materials.
- Format and apply style guides, interpret and apply brand voice and standards.
- Commitment and consistent ability to meet project deadlines, while managing multiple leadership and seller priorities.
- Thrive in a fast paced, production deadline driven environment.
- Champion of project management and following set proposal process.
- Recognize and attend to important details with accuracy and efficiency.

- Degree in design, business, or communications.
- Familiar with or certification in LEAN Six Sigma
- 3 to 5+ years of management, supervisory or relevant professional experience.
- Advanced knowledge Microsoft Office, InDesign and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Experienced in the use of Smartsheet Project Management Tool and Salesforce CRM.
- Portfolio of relevant marketing or sales materials is required at interview stage.
