This position leads the development and integration of cyber-physical systems across embedded platforms, ensuring cybersecurity is built into every layer of the system from design to deployment.Responsibilities:Exercise engineering authority over cyber-physical integration activities across vehicle systems.Guide the development and implementation of cybersecurity best practices, tools, and training enterprise-wide.Develop and manage system-level requirements, including SWaP-CRaM (Space, Weight, Power, Cooling, Reliability, Maintenance).Coordinate and resolve changes to system architectures, requirements, and trade studies.Conduct structured trade studies to evaluate cost, performance, and cyber impacts of system/subsystem designs.Lead the creation and execution of verification plans for testing, production, and field operations.Drive Root Cause Corrective Action (RCCA) efforts for integration, testing, and design issues.Develop and assess design milestone artifacts and Contract Data Requirements List (CDRLs) for technical compliance.Interface with platform-level Design IPTs on threat analysis, interface development, and cybersecurity compliance.Evaluate emerging Cyber and C5ISR technologies for platform applicability.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related technical fieldRelevant certifications or credentials (e.g., CISSP, CEH) may substitute with experienceMinimum 7 years of experience in systems engineering, embedded systems, or cybersecurityActive U.S. Security ClearancePreferred Qualifications:Experience leading military or engineering development programsEmbedded system cybersecurity engineering in defense or automotive sectorsFamiliarity with:Threat Analysis and Risk Assessment (TARA)Cross-Domain Solution (CDS) technologiesCyber Tabletop Exercises (CTTX)Knowledge of NIST SP 800-37, 800-53, and RMF compliance processesExperience preparing:System Security Plans (SSP)Plan of Action & Milestones (POA&Ms)Other A&A documentationPrior involvement in military vehicle system integrationExperience with:Cyber requirement decompositionElectrical LRUs and electronic hardware developmentCyber warfare concepts, offensive and defensiveUnderstanding of software and computer science principlesFamiliarity with cyber physical system securityProficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Project)Moseley Technical Services, Inc. is an AA/EEO/Veterans/Disabled Employer.Your RecruiterStill have questions?
