As a Project Manager with a top ENR-ranked contractor, you will oversee mission-critical projects, especially data center builds, from planning through completion. You'll ensure delivery on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards while leading teams, coordinating with clients and contractors, and managing resources, schedules, and risks for successful outcomes.
  • Lead data center projects from planning through closeout, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
  • Direct and mentor project teams, including administration staff and engineers, while partnering with superintendents to set operational priorities.
  • Forecast, track, and report project costs and revenue with strict adherence to estimates and client expectations.
  • Resolve complex challenges involving labor, staffing, materials, equipment, and subcontractor management.
  • Partner with Safety leadership to maintain compliance with stringent data center safety and security protocols.
  • Build and sustain strong relationships with clients, superintendents, subcontractors, and assistant project managers.
  • Manage critical documentation - including RFI logs, change orders, and commissioning records - essential to mission-critical facility delivery.
