  • Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information.
  • Assist customers with policy changes and updates.

QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
  • Previous customer service experience preferred.
  • Property & Casualty VA License required
  • Life & Health VA License required
