
Reliability Engineer

- Keep current with latest equipment, technologies, and maintenance methods.
- Identify and captures opportunities for improvement in equipment maintainability and reliability.
- Support Maintenance and Operations Managers in planning for equipment and maintenance resources and correcting existing discrepancies utilizing TPM methodologies.
- Oversee work, set or edit standards, policies and procedures for vendors and contractors
- Manage financial aspects including annual budget development, capital planning and administration. -
- Participate in technical audits and compliance assessments, and follows up on closure of remedial action plans
- Assist with development and coaching of staff.
- Ensures application of asset management and maintenance systems data and accurate, timely data entry and reporting.
- Establish clear ownership for project tasks within the team and a clear schedule for when each task will be performed. Ensure that team members have the tools needed and provide timely feedback.
- Work collaboratively with peer Engineering managers within the company to drive network initiatives, balance resource demands, and coordinate global team interaction.
- Use Lean Six Sigma and RCM concepts to optimize work processes, adapt maintenance tools and procedures to improve equipment utilization and reliability, and minimize service quality incidents.
- Leads the preventative maintenance pillar within TPM
- On-call availability to respond to all facility emergencies
Total Rewards:
- Salary Range: $91,300 - $135,000

- Bachelor's degree in engineering preferred or 10+ years of experience in bottling industry
- 5 years of production/maintenance leadership experience as a production manager or line supervisor required
- 5 years of engineering or team management experience preferred
- 5 years of experience working with electrical, electronic, automation and mechanical maintenance in the bottling industry strongly preferred
- Must be open to overtime and weekends as needed. Must be flexible to work on other shifts as business needs as well as over the standard 40-hour work week
