This includes field activities such as daily huddles, weekly coordination meetings, project scheduling, and maintaining communication with the Project Manager and trade partners. The Superintendent is responsible to digitally process all paperwork necessary to complete day-to-day operations and keep the project moving forward quickly and efficiently.As a Superintendent, you are an important part of our operations!   • This position is in the field at one of our project locations, and requires the Superintendent to be on site daily
  • Work with the Project Manager to ensure projects are built on schedule and within budget and coordinating long-lead time items
  • Actively manage and maintain safety on the jobsite, including tool box discussions, safety checklists, and continuous observation for safe work practices
  • Interface and maintain positive relationships with clients, architects, city officials, and trade partners. As a Superintendent you will be responsible to represent our brand in a professional manner, which includes dress, demeanor and language.
Must-Have Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of demonstrated proficiency in accurately overseeing a commercial construction jobsite of projects between $250,000 and $50 million, including an understanding of work scopes, deadlines, and logistics
  • Safety is important, so we require up-to-date OSHA training and First Aid/CPR. If you aren’t current, we will offer the training courses
  • Be able to communicate and discuss jobsite updates and issues with the project team, and create solutions to resolve problems such as supply chain issues, drawing errors, etc.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel, as well as Procore. If you do not have Procore training we offer online courses and onsite assistance.
  • Knowledge of what it takes to obtain agency acceptance, including required inspections and order of approvals
Benefits:
  • Salary $90,000 -$120,000 depending on demonstrated experience and skill
