- Define and maintain product roadmaps in close collaboration with clients, aligning digital platforms and tools with innovation, patient engagement, and business objectives
- Lead end-to-end delivery across multiple workstreams, including requirements gathering, sprint planning, QA coordination, and release management
- Translate complex business challenges into scalable, sustainable digital solutions that balance usability, compliance, and performance
- Serve as a delivery lead and point of contact for key accounts, managing relationships across business, clinical, and technology stakeholders
- Drive client satisfaction, retention, and program success by ensuring consistent, transparent communication and high-quality execution
- Support account planning, forecasting, and billing
- Oversee cross-functional teams of designers, developers, strategists, and QA to deliver integrated solutions that meet accessibility, security, and regulatory requirements
- Guide integration efforts with enterprise platforms, third-party tools, and internal data systems
- Proactively manage risks, issues, and interdependencies across projects
- Develop and deliver clear reporting for clients, including roadmaps, KPIs, and status updates that support strategic decision-making
- Collaborate with business development and strategy leads to identify new opportunities, craft proposals, and expand existing engagements
- 3–5 years of experience in digital product management, delivery, or consulting, ideally within healthcare, life sciences, or other regulated industries
- Proven success delivering complex digital products with cross-disciplinary teams
- Strong understanding of the digital product lifecycle—from discovery to deployment
- Excellent client-facing communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Experience with Agile methodologies, sprint planning, and QA/testing workflows
- Proficiency with tools like JIRA, Confluence, Miro, and Figma
- Ability to switch between strategic thinking and detail-oriented execution
- Comfort working with technical teams and understanding modern tech stacks
- Experience scoping and prioritizing product features in collaboration with both business and technical teams
- A proactive, positive, team-first attitude
- The overall target range of base compensation for this role is $75,000 - $95,000. Compensation offered will be determined by additional factors such as location and experience
