- Develop and implement a comprehensive HCE corporate strategy and initiatives to drive long-term growth and profitability, aligning with Honeywell's long-term vision and business objectives.
- Conduct extensive research to gain insights into market trends, customer behaviors, and competitive landscapes to identify new business opportunities and strategic priorities.
- Monitor emerging technologies and industry trends and drivers, providing insights to support innovative approaches and maintain competitive advantages.
- Perform financial modeling and analysis to evaluate organic and inorganic investment opportunities, assess risks, and measure the financial impact of strategic decisions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional leaders to align the company's product roadmap, marketing, sales, and operations with the overall strategic plan.
- Oversee the strategic planning process (STRAP), including the creation and implementation of annual and multi-year strategic plans.
- Provide strategic guidance and recommendations to the executive team.
- Represent the company's strategic interests in high-level negotiations, partnerships, and industry events.
- Effectively communicate the corporate strategy to internal and external stakeholders, and foster collaboration and alignment throughout the organization.
- Identify and assess potential risks and develop risk mitigation strategies to ensure successful execution of the corporate strategy.
- Oversee the execution of STRAP and ensure initiatives are on track to deliver desired outcomes.

- 10+ years in a senior strategic leadership and/or management consulting role.
- Industrial domain expertise, preferably in software, SaaS, data, and/or digital services.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful business strategies driving significant growth and profitability.
- Skills and experience in strategic planning and execution, assessment of core and adjacent markets, and leading organic and inorganic strategy in a B2B model.
- Strong business and financial acumen, including M&A due diligence, financial modeling and analysis proficiency, portfolio management, and capital allocation and deployment.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field; MBA or other advanced degree.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to synthesize complex information and identify strategic insights.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills with the ability to effectively convey strategic plans and recommendations to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire cross-functional teams to achieve strategic objectives.
- Ability to partner with and add value to senior level management interactions, with a proven track record of developing, communicating, and creating buy in around business strategies.
- Strong leadership and personal organization and prioritization skills; ability to successfully manage large, complex projects from inception to conclusion, involving diverse, cross-functional teams.
- Commercial experience (sales, marketing, product, and/or P&L management).
- Experience managing and influencing within a matrixed environment.
- Demonstrated success operating in a high-performance culture.
