Date Posted: 2025-08-29Country: United States of AmericaLocation: HWA32: US124-Everett (Commando), WA 11404 Commando Road , Everett, WA, 98204 USAPosition Role Type: OnsiteU.S. Citizen, U.S. Person, or Immigration Status Requirements: U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under this program/contract.Security Clearance: None/Not RequiredThis position may be eligible for relocation.Monday-Friday, 1st shift - 5:00am-1:30pmOvertime available post-shift or weekends after training is completeReporting to the Manufacturing Operations Supervisor the Electrical Assembler performs a wide variety of electrical production wire harnesses and wire harness installs of a semi-skilled nature to build up and assemble a varying level of complex units.Primary Responsibilities:Determines methods and sequence of assembly operations to achieve requirements per provided electrical drawings, shop orders, or process specificationsWorks with electrical components and wiring of various assemblies to build wiring harnesses perform ATP.Utilizes with aviation electrical tools: crimp tool, DMM, wire stripper, etc.Utilizes small hand tools such as wrenches, torque wrenches, screwdrivers, and pliers to perform some mechanical assemblyAble to use precision measurement tools such as but not limited to scales, calipers (digital and dial) and micrometers.Disassembles, modifies, reworks, refurbishes, reassembles, and tests units as required.Reads and comprehends shop orders.Basic Qualifications:Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship now or in the future. RTX will not offer sponsorship for this positionTypically requires a HS diploma with a minimum of 2 year of relevant experience.
