- Research standards to identify any scope of gaps or areas of concern
- Develop scope specific details.
- Verify that the design meets all code and client specifications
- Annotate construction documents with scope enabling content and descriptions.
- Determine the composition of your discipline package.
- Develop calculations necessary for your scope to be reviewed by your discipline lead.
- Utilize software tools, where required, to perform analysis of the design performance
- Apply work break-down structure (WBS) for estimating.
- Coordinate with other designers to develop the overall scope.

- Maintain meeting minutes for meetings in attendance.

- How to perform site observations.
- How to perform design validation.

- Convert construction as builds into our design documents for record set (red to black) As-builds
- High school Diploma or GED
- Two (2) year associate’s degree or equivalent experience
- Three (3) to Five (5) years of practical experience
- Bachelor's degree in architecture or engineering studies
- Ten (10) years of practical experience.
