- Inspect products for defects and ensure they meet quality standards
- Perform routine maintenance on machines
- Follow safety regulations and company policies
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience as an injection mold operator or similar role
- Ability to read and interpret technical documents and manuals
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods of time
- Must have reliable transportation
