- Act as primary liaison between Customer and TRIGO for badging concerns
- Communicate security breaches to appropriate customer personnel as well as the Director of Operations
- Audit team members for compliance to customer site-specific requirements
- Maintain Customer Relations
- Investigate safety incidents to ensure TRIGO is adhering to and complying with all safety requirements
- Ensure employee awareness and compliance with internal procedures and customer site-specific requirements
- Partner with Operations to ensure compliance with internal procedures and customer site-specific requirements
- Audit all processes and procedures for conformance and accuracy
- Perform 6S audits
- Act as the TRIGO representative pertaining to discussions surrounding safety compliance
- Investigate badging non-compliance issues
- Investigate incidents of security breaches
- Audit TRIGO records for compliance to internal procedures and customer site-specific requirements
- Audit Badge Process for compliance
- Maintain Monthly Audit Schedule
- Maintain Training Logs and document training hours
- Any other duties as assigned
- Strong communication skills; written, computer, verbal
- Expert MS Office software: Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Word

- Experience with problem solving, statistical, and analytical skills
- Familiarity with automotive supplier requirements
- Associate's degree or greater in quality, business administration or a related field
