TRIGO Global Quality Solutions is seeking to fill a Compliance Coordinator position in Greer, SC.Overall PurposeSupport and oversee TRIGO's adherence to internal processes and customer site-specific requirements, monitor activities, and facilitate audits.May Report toDirector of OperationsResponsibilitiesClient relationship & Business development
  • Act as primary liaison between Customer and TRIGO for badging concerns
  • Communicate security breaches to appropriate customer personnel as well as the Director of Operations
  • Audit team members for compliance to customer site-specific requirements
  • Maintain Customer Relations
Operations
  • Investigate safety incidents to ensure TRIGO is adhering to and complying with all safety requirements
  • Ensure employee awareness and compliance with internal procedures and customer site-specific requirements
  • Partner with Operations to ensure compliance with internal procedures and customer site-specific requirements
  • Audit all processes and procedures for conformance and accuracy
  • Perform 6S audits
Organization & Management
  • Act as the TRIGO representative pertaining to discussions surrounding safety compliance
  • Investigate badging non-compliance issues
  • Investigate incidents of security breaches
  • Audit TRIGO records for compliance to internal procedures and customer site-specific requirements
  • Audit Badge Process for compliance
  • Maintain Monthly Audit Schedule
  • Maintain Training Logs and document training hours
