Shift: Nights – 7:00 PM to 7:00 AMJob Summary:Seeking a skilled Travel Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join its Medical-Surgical team for a 13-week night shift assignment. This is a great opportunity for a dedicated LPN with strong clinical skills and a passion for patient care to make a meaningful impact in a dynamic acute care setting.Key Responsibilities:Deliver safe, effective nursing care to medical-surgical patients under the supervision of an RNPerform assessments, monitor vital signs, administer medications, and document patient progressStart and manage IV therapy per certification and protocolCollaborate with the healthcare team to ensure quality outcomes and excellent patient experiencesSupport patient hygiene, mobility, and discharge readinessDocument all care accurately and timely in the electronic medical recordComply with policies, procedures, and infection control standardsRequirements:Licensure/Certifications (All Required for Submission):Active and unrestricted LPN license (state-specific or compact)Basic Life Support (BLS) – RequiredNational Institutes of Health Stroke Scale (NIHSS) – RequiredIV Certification – RequiredPermanent Home Address: Must be located 50+ miles from facilityExperience: Previous experience in Medical-Surgical or acute care setting preferredAdditional Notes: Submissions missing any required documents or certifications will be rejected
