- Assist with the design and development of transportation, traffic, and civil engineering projects, including highways to local roads, reconstructions to minor traffic improvements, and all modes of transportation improvements enhancing the quality of life for Alaskans.
- Collaborate with experienced engineers from many disciplines on challenging projects that enhance mobility and safety.
- Gain hands-on experience with modeling, analysis, and design tools, with mentorship to help you grow into a Professional Engineer (PE) and Project Manager.

- A Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited program (or anticipated graduation by Spring 2025).
- Engineer-In-Training (EIT) certification is preferred but not required; possessing this certification is considered a valuable asset.
- Strong interest in transportation engineering and infrastructure development.
- Proficiency in basic engineering principles, with an eagerness to learn industry-standard tools (e.g., AutoCAD, Civil 3D, Excel).
- Ability to communicate effectively, work as part of a team, and meet project deadlines.
