- Lead and coordinate P&L teams towards future state of SF.
- Define and maintain safety protocols and standard operating procedures and review with line management.
- Drive organizational maturity/quality improvements via factory planning and logistics maturity matrix.
- Collaborate with P&L teams and business analytics to expand automation of daily functions.
- Drive P&L teams to analyze and improve ways of working for planning and logistical aspects of EUV system install, de-install, and shipment methods
- Responsible for leading P&L activities surrounding EUV system shipments
- Provide feedback during and at the end of projects that will enhance future projects, taking costs and cycle time into account.
- Provide performance feedback to line management.
- Enable global ASML network to identify best-in-class solutions that will benefit SF.
- Convey key milestones to team members (ASML & 3rd party) and coordinate activities to achieve on-time completion.
- Coach the team members in maintaining a safe work environment. Manage stakeholders to drive priority based on project goals.
- Leads stand-alone projects or sub-projects.
- Bachelor degree in supply chain/logistics, industrial engineering, or business administration or equivalent experience.
- Project Management experience required.
- Minimum of five (5) years of relevant logistics work experience.
- Experience in a challenging environment with high-tech and complex processes.
- Proficiency with MRP software (SAP) is a plus.
- Experience in creating and presenting effective PowerPoint presentations to senior management.

- May require travel (specify domestic and/or international) dependent on business needs.
- Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.
- Must be able to read and interpret data, information, and documents
- The environment generally is moderate in temperature and noise level.
- Wearing of eye protection in manufacturing areas is required.
