Job SummaryWe are looking for a Diesel Service Technician to join our growing team! Work would include Light, Medium, and Heavy Duty Trucks and Diesel vehicles. The right candidate will have a strong service technician background and ASE certified. The day-to-day duties include performing work on specific repair orders and diagnosing what repairs need to be done. Due to Bob Brown's large Fleet & Commercial department, we have plenty of work.Compensation
  • Hourly flat rate wage of $45.00 to $50.00 per hour.
  • Sign-on bonus available for the most experienced and qualified candidate.
  • Weekly production bonuses.
  • Participation, with dealer match, in the GM Tech Excellence Bonus Program. Potential of $12,000 annually and up to 250,000 GM rewards points valued at an additional $2,500.

ResponsibilitiesPerform work specified on the repair order with efficiency and in accordance with dealershipTest-drive vehicles, and test components and systems, using diagnostic tools and special service equipmentDiagnose, maintain, and repair vehicle automotive systems including engine, transmission, electrical steering, suspension, brakes, air conditioning, etc.Communicate directly with the Service Advisor so that customers are informed if any additional service is needed.
