Monitors and ensures the accurate and timely input of patient, insurance and clinical information in to the appropriate admissions system. Responsible for ensuring department standards are met and excellent customer service is provided. Provides assistance to staff in resolving issues with procedures, equipment, employees, physicians and/or patients.
