
IT Manufacturing Technician

- Repair broken equipment, including servers, networking and storage devices (e.g. replace hard drives, replace RAM, swap CPUs, motherboards, etc.).
- Work independently or with others following guidance/instructions from leadership.
- Follow the company's security, environmental health and safety policies.
- Lift and move up to 50 lbs of equipment
- Assembles and configures all network components.
- Collaborate with other departments to facilitate set up and imaging.
- Set up and test configurations based on job requirements and operating systems
- Assembling networking components such as motherboards, hard drives, CPUs, and peripherals.
- Ensure that the assembled networking products meet the required quality standards.
- Set up of networking hardware such as routers, switches, HMI's, etc.
- Contributes to the orderly control of stock and material storage areas
- Maintains a neat and orderly work area
- Other duties as assigned
- Experience in Microsoft operating systems and networking protocols.
- Knowledge of computer hardware and configuration
- Experience in diagnosing, troubleshooting and repairing computer hardware and software issues.
- Possess relevant knowledge regarding the integration of hardware boards, random access memory, motherboard, processor and other essential components.
- Computer-building and networking background experience preferred
