- Financial Forecasting & Reporting: Develop and maintain Balance Sheet and Cash Flow forecasts, monitor bank covenant performance, and assist in various reporting efforts for different departments.
- Compliance & Accuracy: Ensure accurate regulatory filings, data integrity, and collaboration with accounting for accurate financial reporting.
- Process Improvement & Automation: Support process enhancements, streamline reporting templates using Excel and Adaptive Planning, and drive automation within the FP&A function.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting is required
- 5+ years of progressive experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or financial reporting.
- MBA or CPA preferred but not required
- Advanced Excel skills are required.
- Deep understanding of financial statement relationships, particularly Balance Sheet and Cash Flow is required.
- Experience with financial modeling and cash forecasting is required.
