Monitor residents closely-tracking vital signs, health changes, and progress.
Support residents with daily living activities, ensuring comfort and dignity.
Collaborate with nurses, therapists, and other team members to help residents achieve recovery goals.
Maintain accurate, detailed documentation.
Build meaningful connections with residents and families through education and emotional support.
Follow infection control and safety protocols to ensure a clean, safe environment.
What We're Looking For * Current and valid LPN license (Missouri).
Strong clinical skills-experience with medication administration and wound care is a plus.
Excellent communicator with a compassionate, resident-first approach.
Dependable team player who thrives in a collaborative environment.
Up-to-date BLS/CPR certification required.
