Wood is recruiting for a HSSE Coordinator to join its Operations business focusing on Oil & Gas (OA). This opportunity is onsite, based in Narrows, VA, United States.

The HSSE Coordinator supports the Project Manager in day-to-day safety administration and field/office safety operations for assigned projects. This role is responsible for performing compliance audits to ensure adherence to Celanese corporate and site safety standards, coordinating safety documentation and oversight, and supporting the implementation of a “zero injuries” culture. Strong communication and client-facing skills are essential, along with the ability to work independently and proactively communicate safety status and needs to project leadership.Our Clients and Projects

- 10+ years of experience in a safety-related role within an industrial setting
- Proven experience in safety compliance, audits, and documentation
- Familiarity with Celanese safety standards or similar industrial environments
- Certifications in occupational safety or industrial hygiene
