
Senior Manager, Electronic Design Engineering

- Manage a team responsible for designing GaN high power transistors.
- Provide dynamic leadership in the planning, development and release new products and technologies.
- Establish design methodologies to support product roadmaps and critical time to market goals.
- Lead detailed characterization of new technologies and products.
- Coordinate with other cross-functional teams during various development phases from device concept to production release.
- Work jointly with marketing/quality teams to resolve product technical issues during and after customer design in and work with customers as needed.
- Partner with the operations team to ensure new designs are released into production meeting yield, cost, and quality targets.
- Provide mentorship, work with other supervisors, and design engineers on defining goals for career development and growth.
- Select, develop, and evaluate personnel to improve product design.
- Establish and assure adherence to budgets, schedules work plans and performance requirements.
- In-depth technical understanding of semiconductor circuit design fundamentals.
- In-depth understanding with applications of integrated circuits.
- Demonstrate capability to drive teams to successful product introduction through best-in-class execution.
- Ability to analyse best practices to improve product, processes, or services.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams, and customers.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Previous management and technical lead experience essential.
- Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Physics or similar studies.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in RF design engineering leadership roles within global companies that develop and manufacture RF products.
- Experience with technical customer communications.
- Excellent communication and team skills.
