Safely operate a delivery vehicle on town and rural routesDeliver and pick up packages from residences and businessesFollow route schedules using navigation systems and written instructionsPrioritize safety, efficiency, and top-notch customer serviceLift and transport packages (up to 75 lbs. routinely, up to 150 lbs. with equipment)Driver Route Expectations
Rural Areas: 50–75 stops per dayMixed Routes: 75–100 stops per dayIn-Town Routes: 110–160 stops per dayDaily Responsibilities
Perform pre- and post-trip vehicle inspectionsMaintain a clean and professional appearance per FedEx dress codeLoad/sort packages for efficient deliveryCommunicate effectively with your manager and teamBe punctual and reliable every dayWork in all weather conditionsWhat We’re Looking For
Must be 21 years or older with a valid driver’s license and clean driving recordAbility to pass a FedEx background check, drug screening, and DOT physicalStrong work ethic, punctuality, and team spiritPhysical ability to lift and carry packages (up to 75 lbs. routinely; 150 lbs. with a hand truck)Experience with FedEx, UPS, Amazon, DHL, Walmart delivery, Uber, or Lyft is a plus, but not requiredWhy Drive With Us?
