- Work with Partnership Marketing team leaders on day-to-day tasks of partner programs – working cross-functionally with internal teams such as Operations, Match Production, and Media – to ensure their successful execution and completion
- Track and fulfill contractual assets of partner agreements - leading up to Match Day - and supporting game-day programming on-site and sponsor promotions
- Manage communication with key external FMF and Concacaf stakeholders to facilitate the partner creative approval process and ensure adherence to brand guidelines
- Maintain weekly status reports and communicate recaps following internal and external partner meetings
- Research relevant topics related to partners, partner competitors and general soccer and sports marketing industry
- Oversee fulfillment of special requests by partners
- Oversee and at times lead team general project requests and take ownership of execution
- Communicate with Managers and Partnership Marketing leadership team on a regular basis, as well as additional internal team stakeholders who are involved in partner business
- Additional responsibilities as assigned
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 3+ years of experience in a brand sponsorship project management support role
- Superior organization, project management skills, self-starter and attention to detail
- Experience in client management and/or sales communication
- Ability to meet deadlines, multi-task and problem solve
- Demonstrated decision making and problem-solving skills
- Ability to collaborate and communicate effectively across teams and with leadership
- Embraces providing and receiving feedback constructively
- Verbal and written Spanish proficiency required
- High level of commitment to produce quality work and convey organizational ethics, integrity and compliance
- Ability to work effectively in a fast paced, team environment
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to effectively communicate, both written and verbally
- Ability to travel and work non-traditional hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Detail-oriented with the ability to multi-task and meet deadlines with minimal supervision
- Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Data Management systems
- Knowledge of the sport and entertainment industry, soccer specific knowledge is a plus
- Understanding of and interest in Hispanic / Mexican-American passion points is a strong plus
