To ensure this complex job goes off without a hitch, our Supply Chain teams work with a network of more than 50 distribution centers, thousands of accountants, and more than 100,000 retail stores worldwide — making the impossible happen every single day!WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR:Our Supply Chain organization is looking for dynamic interns to join our North America Distribution Centers in Memphis, TN. We have team placement opportunities across a variety of functional areas, such as Operations, Planning, and Transportation.Team placement is based on business need so interest in multiple teams is preferred.WHAT YOU WILL EXPERIENCE:In the NIKE, Inc. Summer Internship Program, you’ll contribute to high-priority, real business initiatives that align with the NIKE, Inc. strategic roadmap.With the guidance of senior leaders and experienced managers, you’ll take ownership of a project that’s been scoped to drive impact. These projects are designed to challenge your critical thinking, further develop your skills and foster effective collaboration while contributing directly to your team’s goals.As an NADC Undergraduate Intern, you’ll work in a dynamic, growing, and fast-paced distribution center environment. You will utilize your expertise to work on the following types of projects:Operational process improvementsProject deployment such as new technology or capabilitiesImproving information and data flows across business and operational partnersAnalyzing data, presenting findings and recommendations to drive key business decisions that create sustainable valueThis is a 8–10-week paid internship opportunity with relocation assistance. Check out our recap video from last summer:WHAT YOU BRING:Qualifications:Enrolled in an undergraduate program with an expected graduation date of December 2026 or Spring 2027Background in Operations, Supply Chain, Logistics, Analytics, Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, Business, Project Management or related field preferred0-2 years work experienceResume submission (PDF) requiredSkills:Proficiency in Supply Chain Analytics tools like Tableau, SQL, Alteryx, VB, Excel preferredAnalytical skillset, ability to leverage data and information for effective problem solving in a team settingStatistical processes experience, or application of statistical methods to identify improvement opportunities and root causesAbility to assimilate large data sets, summarize, and identify key drivers for problem resolutionUnderstanding of end-to-end process flow of the distribution center (DC)Ability to coach and support others with clear communication, hands-on guidance, and leadership skillsComfortability working within a distribution center environment and varying shift schedulesThis internship – as well as full-time positions – are located in-person at our North America
