- Translate complex business requirements into technical designs and solutions using ServiceNow.
- Lead the overall architecture design and development of ServiceNow implementations, ensuring alignment with business objectives and best practices.
- Establish and enforce architectural standards, best practices, and governance for ServiceNow development.
- Provide technical expertise and guidance to the ServiceNow development team.
- Develop, configure, and enhance ServiceNow applications.
- Stay current with ServiceNow products, features, and industry trends to drive innovation.
- Conduct technical assessments and provide recommendations for improving existing ServiceNow implementations.
- Serve as the lead technical point of contact for clients on all matters related to ServiceNow.
- Conduct reviews of functionality developed by ServiceNow development team and perform testing.
- Lead platform upgrade activities including regression testing and reconfiguration.
- Ensure the security, scalability, and maintainability of ServiceNow solutions.
- Once onboard with Guidehouse, new hire MUST be able to OBTAIN and MAINTAIN a Federal or DoD "SECRET" security clearance.
- Bachelor's degree is required
- Minimum SEVEN (7) years of ServiceNow experience supported by ServiceNow certifications (e.g., CSA, CIS, CAD) and experience serving in an Architect role.
- Experience with Software Development Lifecycle methodologies, deliverables, and controls.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Expertise in ServiceNow Modules such as GRC, SPM, and ITSM, as well as with App Engine, Service Portal, and Scoped Apps.
- Experience guiding senior level clients on ServiceNow strategy and architecture.
- Strong experience with scripting (JavaScript, Glide, AngularJS), Flow Designer, and IntegrationHub.
- Proven experience designing and implementing complex ServiceNow integrations (REST, SOAP, MID Server).
- Experience leading and mentoring junior ServiceNow team members.
- Well-rounded technology consulting experience desired, to include ability to define requirements, lead client meetings, facilitate UAT, and conduct trainings.
- Experience working in an Agile environment.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and establish rapport with a diverse array of people at all levels.
- Ability to self-direct, prioritize, and manage multiple tasks and demands.
- Heightened attention to detail when developing technical solutions.
- Experience with ServiceNow automated testing framework (ATF)
- Ability to commute to client or corporate offices within the Washington, DC metropolitan area 2-3 days per week.
- Agile, SCRUM or SAFe certifications.
- ServiceNow Certified Master Architect or Certified Technical Architect certifications.
- General understanding of financial management aspects (i.e., financial operations, financial innovation, internal control, risk management, etc.), particularly in a federal environment.
