Job Description:Logistics CoordinatorJetro/Restaurant DepotResponsibilities:· Manage daily inbound/outbound shipments by keeping record of ETA and estimate in-warehouse date and update internal system· Communicate with buying team/warehouses on delivery and unload status to minimize any additional fees· Communicate with Operations team/sales on delivery and unload status from inquiry emails· Communicate with Carriers on offload status to minimize any additional fees.· Keep track of HOT loads to ensure urgency of trucker and update internal system· Research any Over, Short and Damage (OS&D) reported by warehouse and work with supervisor on resolution· Create and disseminate reports daily, weekly, and monthly· Work with TMS systemSkills & Qualifications:· 1+ years of experience in a supply chain or logistics role preferred· Ability to multi-task and handle high volume of workload· Effective communication and interpersonal skills· Exceptional attention to detail and great organizational skills· Excellent written and oral communication skills· Working knowledge of MS Office with a high focus on Excel· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills· Team playerJob Type: Full-timeSchedule:

  • Bachelor's (Preferred)
Experience:
  • Logistics: 1 year (preferred)
