- Schedule crews as needed.
- Providing a positive customer experience
- Lead crews with 5 – 10 roofers on projects
- Able to travel out of state
- Able to read, interpret, and follow blueprints/drawings
- Inspect job sites at various stages of roof installation
- Interact professionally with customers and crews.
- Insures safety and quality standards strictly by providing training to foreman and crew members on the job site.
- Follows up with the foreman to make sure goals are met.
- Make sure the project is completed on time, safely and within budget.
- Previous experience in commercial roofing as a foreman or higher position.
- Valid Driver’s License and a clean driving record.
- Excellent communication, both written and verbal.
- Ability to solve problems independently, and within a team.
- Comfortable using ladders to access roofs.
- Proven experience managing multiple tasks simultaneously.

- Preferred to be fluent in Spanish (bilingual)
