This role is critical in overseeing the product management and smooth operation of our diverse portfolio of streaming TV apps and FAST channels across various CTV and FAST platforms. The successful candidate will play a key role in strategizing, implementing, and enhancing the performance and growth of our Apps, Monetization and Channels. This role reports to the SVP, Streaming TV,About you:You will serve as the lead product and business owner for our streaming apps, ensuring excellent functionality and user experience across multiple platforms — as well as regularly evaluating performance metrics to make informed decisions about testing, promotions, programming, monetization, and more.You will:

  • Create, manage and implement App Roadmap. Develop and execute various tactics and tests for driving app promotion and growth, monetization improvements, user experience changes, and programming decisions with the goal of increasing installs, user engagement, and revenue from apps
  • Develop App growth strategy with SVP, Streaming and VP, Business Development
  • Streaming Apps, Channels and Monetization:
  • Manage Video and Ad Tech Partners and integrations, including Ottera, Wurl, Frequency, Springserve and Kochava. Responsible for collaborating with streaming teams, including Monetization / Ad Operations, Programming, Marketing, Content Operations, and Project Management to implement set-up and troubleshooting. Note: this position will be managing both external partners and collaborating internally
  • Responsible for new platform and channel implementation (ie, launches)
  • Work with programmatic team to manage ad serving and troubleshoot with platform connectors
  • Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in technology, applying this knowledge to innovate and to improve our Streaming business
You have:
  • 3+ years of proven experience in product management, preferably in CTV and mobile Apps, digital media or streaming service environment
  • Knowledge of the streaming TV ecology; content delivery, scheduling, adops + analytics
  • A high-level technical understanding of all aspects of streaming media including ABR protocols, encoding + packaging, DRM, SSAI, HDR, etc.
  • Strong grasp of monetization strategies, user engagement techniques, and digital marketing principles
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving and creative thinking abilities, with a knack for rapidly learning and adapting to new technologies and systems
  • Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, capable of effectively working with cross-functional teams and holding others accountable to their work
  • Ability to work in a highly entrepreneurial and fast-moving environment with excellent organizational and multi-taking skills
  • Established knowledge of Excel and/ or Google Sheets
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Digital Media, Business Administration) or equivalent professional experience
  • Experience with OTTera, SpringServe, Frequency, Wurl and Kochava is a plus, but not required - You must be technically minded and have an ability to learn quickly
  • Design skill a plus but not required
