Take charge of your future and apply today!DESCRIPTION OF WORKIn this professional administrative position within the Lebanon County MH/ID/EI Program, you will be responsible for ensuring management services in Lebanon County are provided in accordance with established laws, regulations, policies, procedures, and standards. Work involves overseeing and communicating with Supports Coordination Organizations (SCO) that the county contacts with. You will have the opportunity cultivate collaborative partnerships with contracted providers, community agencies, state offices, and state facilities in order to promote effective case management services. Additional responsibilities include:
Identifying factors which impede the effectiveness or quality of case management services provided
Developing recommendations and requesting remediation for changes in policy or procedures to improve services
Serving in a consultation and liaison capacity to community agencies
Educating the community regarding services our program provides
Participating in local high profile, dual diagnosis, and complex case meetings and service planning development
Work Schedule and Additional Information:
Full-time employment
Work hours are 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday - Friday, with a 60-minute lunch.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE, TRAINING & ELIGIBILITYQUALIFICATIONSMinimum Experience and Training Requirements:
Two years of professional experience in the field of intellectual disabilities, and a bachelor's degree; or
An equivalent combination of experience and training.
