You’ll juggle multiple priorities, maintain accurate records, and ensure clear communication between staff, families, and outside partners—all while helping create a calm, professional, and faith-centered environment.Key Responsibilities:Maintain confidential client records according to state standards.Support communication with parents, medical providers, and other professionals.Manage scheduling for appointments, transportation, and school-related needs.Perform administrative tasks: filing, data entry, banking, and mail handling.Answer phones and greet visitors with professionalism and warmth.Cross-train with Office Manager and support other team members as needed.What We’re Looking ForEducation: High School Diploma or GED required.Experience: 2+ years in an administrative or office management role preferred.Skills:Strong organization, time management, and multitasking abilities.Excellent communication and discretion with sensitive information.Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Adobe PDF, Zoom/Teams; comfort with CRM systems.Other Requirements:At least 25 years old with a valid driver’s license.Ability to sit for extended periods, occasionally lift 25 lbs, and run errands.What We OfferCompetitive payFull-time schedule, Monday–Friday 10-6 MT * Employee medical and dental insurance $15 employee monthly share
