- This position allows for a hybrid work schedule which includes a minimum of 3 days per week in our St. Louis Corporate Office, located at 1832 Schuetz Rd. Saint Louis, MO. All employees are required to submit work from home requests and follow our Work From Home policy, which will be provided to all candidates selected to interview.
- 10 or more years of experience in Claims Quality, Claims Operations, or a related role, with expertise in both Workers’ Compensation and Liability claims
- Experience leading teams focused on performance improvement and operational consistency
- Proven track record of success in quality audit program development, process improvement, and performance analytics
- Strong leadership and analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Experience with oversight of Third Party Administrators (TPAs) and/or Self-Administered claim programs
- Proficiency in claims management systems, quality tracking software, and data analysis tools
- Certifications such as Certified Quality Auditor (CQA) or Lean Six Sigma
