- Proactively identify and analyze drivers of EBITDA and Cash Flow performance. Develop and implement measures to improve performance.
- Intellectually lead management team down the path to hitting goals for EBITDA and cash flow. Drive regular reporting that gives management team visibility to business performance and key actions that need to be taken to enhance performance. Examples include a daily revenue flash and 13-week cash flow.
- Manage capital expenditure budget. Drive analysis of potential projects. Track execution of approved projects.
- Partner with FP&A to analyze and present monthly financial performance and improve forecast accuracy.
- Lead day-to-day accounting and finance operations in the U.S., including but not limited to journal entries, A/R and A/P.
- Run a tight, efficient operation. Eliminate wasteful processes.
- Collaborate with corporate leadership on completion of tax returns, audits, and special projects.
- 10+ years’ experience in Accounting or Finance in a manufacturing environment – with demonstrated experience driving results in operational improvements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related discipline
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent analytical skills
- Cost accounting experience
- Experience in QAD a plus
- 10% travel
