- Represent Riley Blake Designs in a warm, professional manner in all communications and establish a positive rapport with every customer, sales associates, and internal teams
- Greet customers warmly and promptly on the phone and email
- Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction
- Assist customers with orders, billing issues, product questions, shipping needs, etc.
- Stay updated on -- and demonstrate -- an in-depth knowledge of our products and processes
- Support the sales team to meet and exceed service level expectations
- Keep accurate records of interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints
- Communicate clearly with teammates and management to ensure smooth handling and transition of more complex customer issues
- This is a work-from-home position based in the SLC, Utah area only.
- A dedicated quiet home office space and high-speed internet are required
- Basic - Intermediate experience with sewing/quilting and pattern interpretation is needed
- Flexibility to work hours between 7 am-5 pm M-F, depending on team needs
- Prior on-phone customer support experience
- Computer experience and aptitude are required
- Familiarity with CRM systems and practices. NetSuite experience is ideal
- Strong problem-solving/research skills and the ability to think under pressure
- Ability to remain professional and courteous to customers at all times
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Commitment to continuing education about the company and our products
- This is a fast-paced position, so the ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively is necessary
