- Assist customers in selecting and purchasing vehicles that best fit their needs and budget
- Provide excellent customer service and build strong relationships with clients
- Conduct test drives and explain vehicle features and benefits
- Negotiate pricing and financing options to close deals successfully
- Stay updated on the latest automotive trends, promotions, and incentives
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales in the Customer Relationship Management System (CRM)
- Collaborate with the sales team and management to achieve dealership goals
- Ensure a smooth and professional buying experience for bilingual customers
- Experience in automotive sales, particularly GMC a plus.
- Experience using a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system to initiate and maintain customer contacts and relationships
- Outgoing personality with expertise at developing lasting customer relationships
- Basic MS Office knowledge, computer software and internet proficiency
- Professional appearance and strong verbal/written communication
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills with the ability to ask for the sale and follow through
- CLEAN and valid Driver's license
- Saturday and some evening hours are required
- Must be willing to submit background check and drug screen
- Fluency in Spanish a plus
