
Electronic Assembly Process Engineer

- Bachelor's degree in Electronic/Manufacturing Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering Technology, Computer Engineering, or similar engineering degree.
- Knowledge of circuit board assembly and components preferred. Surface Mount Technology (SMT) and Through Hole (TH).
- Proficient with Microsoft Office, AutoCAD, and Creo 3D modeling or ability to learn.
- Knowledge of and/or capacity to learn the programming of equipment such as component placement, soldering, automated inspection, encapsulation, etc.
- Strong organizational and presentation skills and self-motivation are required.
- Physical requirements:
- Combination of standing and sitting for the full shift.
- Frequently:
- Distinguish and identify colors.
- Read fine print.
- Work around odors (solder, paint, solvent, manufacturing odor).
- Occasionally:
- Lift and carry up to 45 lbs. and/or awkward items.
- Have a full range of motion required to perform the job functions.
- Maintain steady hand-eye coordination.
- Reach in all directions and potentially awkward positions.
- Effectively exercise discretion and independent judgment.
- Ability to travel by air and ground. Valid driver's license and good driving record. Motor vehicle records will be checked.
- Fluent in English, written and verbal.

- 2+ years of industry experience preferred.
