What Youll Do
In this position, you will:
- Maintain, update, and input data into multiple database systems, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
- Extract and organize information from databases, presenting it clearly with minimal oversight.
- Support time and attendance processes.
- Develop and share reports and policies that assist both your department and others.
- Handle a variety of routine office and clerical duties while also stepping in to assist other teams as needed.
- Conduct research and provide support to staff in their projects and initiatives.
- Deliver excellent customer service to both students and colleagues, making each interaction a positive one.
- An Associates Degree in Business Administration.
- One to three years of related professional experience in an office setting.
- Strong database knowledge and confidence with tools such as Ellucian (Banner), Brightspace, and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, etc.).
- A balance of strong technical and interpersonal skills, with the ability to adapt and support multiple needs across departments.
